Cucumber Cooler

We found this at The Twisted Cork in Bellevue, WA.  For those of you who don't have the same sweet tooth as me, but still want something refreshing that you could drink by the pool.  This little number reminded me of being at a spa on vacation.

The Cucumber Cooler:

• Effen Cucumber Vodka
• Lemon Wedges
• Simple syrup
• 3 Cucumber slices
• Ice

Muddle together everything but one slice of cucumber.  Strain into a rocks glass with that one slice you held over.  Cut a couple more slices for your eyelids and lay by the pool.
